1. Website Access & Use Between Beauty provides this website for informational and commercial purposes. By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country or have obtained consent from a legal guardian. Unauthorized use of this site may lead to legal consequences.

2. Orders & Transactions When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Between Beauty reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any orders at our discretion. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

3. Payment & Security We implement secure payment systems to safeguard your data. However, we are not liable for any unauthorized transactions caused by external security breaches beyond our control. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain confidential.

4. Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy

  • Production Time: As our items are hand-crafted to order in our Berlin atelier, please allow the stated production time (typically 2–3 weeks) prior to dispatch.
  • Shipping Costs: We ship via DHL with tracking and insurance. Current rates are:
    • Germany: €12.00
    • Europe (EU & UK): €20.00
    • Rest of World: €30.00
  • Customs & Duties (Non-EU): For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is the recorded importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
  • Right of Withdrawal (Returns):
    • Made-to-Order Items: In accordance with German law (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB), the right of withdrawal (returns) does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g., hats made to a specific head measurement/size). Therefore, we cannot accept returns on headpieces unless they are proven to be faulty or damaged upon arrival.
    • Standard Items: For non-customized accessories (e.g., shoe clips), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

5. Intellectual Property Rights All content on this site, including but not limited to images, text, and designs, is owned by Between Beauty Atelier and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited.

6. External Links & Third-Party Services Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or business practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

7. User-Generated Content By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant Between Beauty Atelier a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, and distribute your content for promotional or operational purposes.
