Everything is hand-crafted to order in our Berlin atelier, so a little patience goes a long way. Here’s what to expect.
Production & Dispatch
Because each piece is made to order, please allow 2–3 weeks production time before your order is dispatched. Delivery time with the carrier is in addition to this. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL, with tracking and insurance on every order.

Orders outside the EU: you are the importer of record. Any import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by the destination country, are not included in the item price or shipping, and are your responsibility. If a parcel is returned to us because duties weren’t paid, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Returns
Because our headpieces are made to your specifications, the rules differ depending on what you’ve ordered. This is a summary — the binding terms, including the formal cancellation notice, are in our Terms & Conditions (Section 5).
Made-to-order pieces (hats, headpieces): These are made to your individual measurements and specifications, so they’re excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). We can’t accept returns or exchanges on these unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
Standard items (e.g. shoe clips): You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, no reason needed. You cover the cost of return shipping. See the Terms & Conditions for how to do this and for the model withdrawal form.
Faulty or damaged on arrival: Contact us at info@between.beauty within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll put it right. This applies to everything, made-to-order included, and doesn’t affect your statutory warranty rights.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, get in touch and we’ll help file a claim with DHL. We can’t be responsible for parcels delayed or lost because of an incorrect address given at checkout, so please double-check your details.
